1. Who We Are

SabiMaketa is an autonomous marketing platform operated by Padifi LLC ("we", "our", "us"). Padifi LLC is a limited liability company registered in Dover, Delaware, United States, and provides services worldwide. Our registered address is available upon request at [email protected].

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information generated automatically when you use our platform:

  • Account information: Name, email address, password (stored as a cryptographic hash — never plaintext).
  • Brand information: Your brand name, voice guidelines, audience descriptions, and goals that you share with Sabi during onboarding.
  • Content: Posts, scripts, articles, and media you create or approve through our platform.
  • Social platform credentials: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (stored encrypted in HashiCorp Vault — never accessible to our team).
  • Voice recordings: If you use voice commands, recordings are processed to text and not stored beyond the session unless you explicitly save them.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, click patterns, and session duration collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
  • Payment information: Processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve the SabiMaketa platform
  • To personalise Sabi's content strategy for your brand
  • To publish content to connected platforms on your behalf
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, notifications)
  • To provide customer support
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your brand data to train shared models or to create content for other users. Your brand information is isolated to your account.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

  • Connected platforms: We share content with social platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) on your explicit instruction when you approve a post for publishing.
  • Service providers: We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery via Brevo) bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

All secrets and credentials are stored in HashiCorp Vault with AES-256 encryption at rest. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel using multi-factor authentication. We conduct regular security reviews.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Published content on third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms' policies.

9. Children

SabiMaketa is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email and a notice on our platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. YouTube API Services

SabiMaketa uses the YouTube API Services to allow users to connect their YouTube channel, read channel analytics, and publish video content on their behalf. By connecting your YouTube channel, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.

The following YouTube data is accessed through our platform:

  • youtube.readonly: Used solely to fetch your channel name, subscriber count, and view metrics displayed in your analytics dashboard. This data is never shared with other users or third parties.
  • youtube.upload: Used solely to publish video content that you have explicitly reviewed and approved within the platform. We never upload content without your approval.

We store your YouTube OAuth tokens encrypted in HashiCorp Vault. We do not store YouTube video content — videos are uploaded directly to YouTube via the API and remain solely on YouTube's servers.

You can revoke SabiMaketa's access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing SabiMaketa, or by disconnecting the channel from within your SabiMaketa dashboard. Upon revocation, we delete your stored OAuth token within 24 hours. Our use of YouTube API data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

13. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data from SabiMaketa:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. We will delete all your data within 30 days
  4. This includes: your profile, connected platform tokens, content history, and settings

You can also disconnect platforms at any time from your dashboard Settings → Channels.
